In this tutorial you will learn how to make an beautiful 3D text effect in photoshop.
Use it for your website headers, print design, wallpapers…everything!
1. Make a new document. Use settings like on picture below.

2. Use Horizontal Type Tool (T) and write something.
I used font Impact, size 60.

3. In this step we will make a perspective look to our font layer.
We can’t make perspective look untill we convert our font layer to shape.
Go to Layer -> Type -> Convert to shape to convert our text layer to shape.
Now go to Edit -> Transorm -> Perspective.

Now, hold pressed CTRL + SHIFT + ALT and pull yor top right corner of Perspective box like shown on picture above.
Press Return (Enter) button on your keyboard.

4. Now our Perspective is added and we can Rasterize this shape.
Go to Layer -> Rasterize -> Shape to rasterize our layer.
5. Copy your text layer. Place your copy below the original text.
Make sure that black is your foreground color and press SHIFT + ALT + BACKSPACE to fill your copy with black.
6. Now, we will add 3D effect.
Make sure that you are on a copy of your text layer.
Press with one hand CTRL + ALT and hold’em down, with other hand keep pressing right arrow.
Press it untill you’re statisfied with your 3D effect

Allright, we have our 3d effect but we also have a lot of new layers. Don’t worry, now we will mess with them.
7. Hide your original text layer and background layer.
Press SHIFT + CTRL + E to merge visible layers.
Now we have only 3 layers

That’s it! Your 3D is finished.
Now you can play with it. Add some drop shadow, change colors…

Don’t lose the battle with your text files, keep things in order with a pdf to doc converter. You’ve got better things to do than wrangle with pdf conversion problems, so get the software that can convert pdf to word easily and never worry about document issues again.
