Well, some guy posted a link to downloadable 3D Transform plugin for Adobe Photoshop CS2, CS3.
Read the rest and download it.

   From filter -> Render -> 3D Transform

   billy, unfortunatley I can’t help you with this. Never used mac. Perpahs you should try search on google deeper.
