In this tutorial you can learn how to make you car lights white.
Couple of days ago I planned to change my car lights (rear) and I decided
to change them first in photoshop, then in real world.
That’s how I brought you this tutorial.

1. Open a some picture with photoshop. (CTRL + O)
This is what I used

2. Now grab the polygonal lasso tool.

and make a selection like shown on picture

3. Go to Images -> Adjustments -> Channel mixer and set the proportions
like on image. Or you can play with them untill you get what you want.
Make sure that the monochrome box is ticked!

You need to use the pen tool for projects like this and clip around an object. You have a red alias around the light because you used the lasso tool. However, an easy way to get rid of the red alias is to use the sponge tool and set it to desaturate on a small brush. That will remove the red color.
