Well then you should make yourself your own web page.
I know, you’re thinking:”Why would I make my own website? What do I need it for? How will I make it?
Will it be hard? What if I cant? How will I get visitors to my site? What will I wrote about? And so on…”
Well, these questions are the first stop you should take on your travel to the website making.
Why would you do your own website?
You should do your own website because the internet is largest media on the whole world.
By having your own site you would be able to express yourself to thousands of people,
millions of people. Impressive?
Another good reason, you could earn some serious money with your website.
I know a lot of guys and galls who’s main income is from the internet, from their websites.
Does this sound enough impressive to you?
To me it is, when I started my trip to the internet heaven, design heaven.
I remember my first site that I’ve made. I read some articles like this and throw myself at work.
Let me explain you over my example.
First thing you should do is to decide what will your website be about.
Will it be about you? About some famous? About your hobby? etc.
Think about this and think good.
When you’ve decided what will your website be about you should start collecting content for your site.
You can search on the internet for content, you can write your own (this is the best option, trust me),
you can pick up content from some books, magazines…etc.
Ok, let’s say you’ve found a lot of content for your website (for the begining).
Now it comes to design.
Design of you web page must be visitor friendly - no contrasting colors, crazy fonts, big big images..etc
To make it shorter it has to be good!
Surf around, find some tutorials, you can even use my “Web 2.0 stylish web layout” tutorial, and design your first site.
