Well, I think 90% of us know what AdSense is.
It’s an Google’s program that makes your life easier to settle up :).
Well, not really but we can define it like that too.

AdSense is an Google’s program that allows you to put ads on your site.
Let me make this a bit simpler:
Google share his revenue with webmasters that put AdSense code to their sites.
Whenever your visitor clicks on these ads you get some cents.
Depends on from where visitor is, on what ad he clicked…etc.

Why is AdSense the best choice for me?
Because it’s serves ad based on your keywords.
If you own a website like this, you will be getting tutorials related ads.
That’s good because you will get more clicks.

Ok. I set all up? How can I raise my income from AdSense?
Well,  I’ll try to tell you this based on my experience:

1.Place your ads right near your site’s main content.
You can see example on this site.

In the middle of the post
Below the post

Ok. Try to put ads there where will visitors caught first eye contact with your site.
When some visitors open your article post first thing he will see will be right above you main post content.
If he get’s bored while reading he will see ads in the middle of post. You should place your ads in the middle of every post.
When he’s done with reading, the perfect way to say him good bye is to set ads below your post content.

2.Make sure that your ads are placed on pages which have a lot of text.
Keywords. Words that are related to your site.

3. Make sure that you choose right ad unit.
Top 2 are 728  x 90 and 336 x 280.
Try to implement them into your design. Plan to have them while you’re designing your website.

4. Implement your ad design to look like your site design.
This is important.
If you’re not gonna put adds to look blended in your site design than you should make the to look totally different then your
site design. They should attract visitors visually.

5. Traffic, increase traffic.
I think the right way to do that is to write good content, write regulary.
Some newsletter would be good to.

Is this all?
Nope, you can also earn money from referring people to google’s AdSense or to some program.
I never used that but I’ve heard that some people are making a good money out of that.

What about the rules?
Well, Google has some strict rules about this.
The most important are:

1. Do not click to your own ads.
Never. Do not evn ask somebody to do that.
You will get banned, forever.

2. Don’t mess with AdSense code.
Do not change anything.

And, the end?

The end is that you make sure to read Google’s TOS (Term of Service) for AdSense program.

Is there any real end?
What do you mean? End of this article or end of your money making?
End of your money making? No that is an endless story when you start with google adsense.
End of this article is right now.

And another thing - You don’t want to get banned from AdSense. You would lose a lot.

I have a few WordPress blogs running and I make anywhere from 10 cents to over 10 dollars a day. This is with low to medium traffic blogs mind you. There is definitely money to be made on AdSense. Thanks for the great info!

Yes, Chase, there’s is definitely money to be made on AdSense. You just have to choose high paying niche, keywords…

For example, this niche is with low paying keywords. I do get a lot of clicks but money is not high. I don’t mind a lot. I’m doing this because I love to share my knowledge with others…
