I’ve installed a lot of cool mods, hacks and themes to make things easier and better.
It get’s traffic from 1000 to 3000 uniques per day.
Monthly revenue from adsense is somewhere near between 100$ - 150$
From AdBrite is 30$-50$.
Also, I’ve sold some text link ad space in 400$ worth, review posts…
With often update you can easily generate 200$ and more per month.

damn … two reasons why i can´t buy the site
a. i started my own tutorial resource section some weeks ago on sharebrain.info
b. no money
