For every flare you must go Filter -> Render -> Lens flare.
There you will have possibility to place i like I did on pictures above.

hummmm, it seems i’m the only one who had the problem not to be able to make several “lens flare” If I click twice the button, they’ll be on the same place, and I can’t move them after. What did I do wrong ? (But it’s still a great tutorial ) thank you !
